From Liverpool (A562)
Take the Widnes exit from A562 (still A562). At the roundabout, take the third exit signposted West Bank Dock and Runcorn Bridge (A533).
At the top of the slip road, take the sharp left (not signed). Do not join the main A533 carriageway.
